Recording both the the "rosey" and "wosey" of home educating our 7 year old FULL time, having teachable moments with our 2 year old SOME time, while holding a baby ALL the time. Is it summer break yet?!!

Frontier Days

We recently took a family field trip to our local state park for their annual Frontier Days. We got to see what pioneer life was like in various forms from housing, culture, food and so much more. Here are some of our highlights. What a GREAT family learning experience!

    Love it! I'm stopping by from the Homeschool Mother's Journal and couldn't help scrolling down to check out your field trips! My kids are older but still LOVE field trips. :) Looks like you had a great time with lots of learning.
